Lil Wayne had to cancel his Toronto concert tonight last minute due to “unforeseen illness” \u2014 Kurrco (@Kurrco) August 12, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n No further details regarding the reason for the postponement were announced.<\/p>\n Wayne’s son, Novi, recently controversially claimed that the rap legend was responsible for writing most of Drake’s lyrics.<\/p>\n Speaking to TrillMarty on YouTube<\/a>, the younger Carter dished the dirt on who is allegedly behind Drake\u2019s lyrics.<\/p>\n Novi said: \u201cMy dad wrote most of [Drake\u2019s] shit. I mean, on God. Like, if it wasn\u2019t for my pops, there wouldn\u2019t be no Drake.<\/p>\n \u201cI mean, there probably would be a Drake, but he wouldn\u2019t be where he\u2019s at, though.\u201d<\/p>\n However, Novi did say: \u201cNo disrespect to Drake.
