Domingo claimed that Paris and her brother Prince were \u201cvery much in support of\u201d the film, and said that Paris was \u201cnothing but lovely and warm\u201d to him when they \u201cchatted briefly.\u201d\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            \u201cDon\u2019t be telling people I was \u2018helpful\u2019 on the set of a movie I had zero per cent involvement in lol that is so weird,\u201d Paris wrote on her Instagram story.\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>\n            Paris clarified that her opinions were ignored by production, and said that the film perpetuates false narratives held by some Michael Jackson fans. \u201cI wasn\u2019t involved at all, aside from giving feedback on the first draft and then getting the feedback that [production] was not actually going to address your notes at all,\u201d Jackson wrote. \u201cSo I just butted out and left it alone because it\u2019s not my project. They\u2019re going to make whatever they\u2019re going to make.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            \u201cA big reason why I haven\u2019t said anything up until this point is because I know a lot of you guys are gonna be h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>y with it. A big section of the film panders to a very specific section of my dad\u2019s fandom that still lives in the fantasy, and they\u2019re gonna be happy with it.\u201d\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            Paris also addressed the negative aspects of Hollywood biopics, which have surged in recent years. \u201cIt\u2019s not real but it\u2019s sold to you as real,\u201d she said. \u201cThe narrative is being controlled and there\u2019s a lot of inaccuracy and there\u2019s a lot of just full-blown lies. At the end of the day, that doesn\u2019t really fly with me. I don\u2019t really like dishonesty. I spoke up. I wasn\u2019t heard. I f\u2014ked off. That\u2019s it. Y\u2019all are going to like the f\u2014king movie. So just go watch it. Go enjoy it. Do whatever. Leave me out of it.\u201d\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>\n            Directed by Antoine Fuqua and produced by Graham King, <i>Michael<\/i> has been in the works since 2019. It was originally set to come out in April 2025 but is now slated for release on April 24, 2026.
