JAY-Z‘s rape accuser is continuing to fight attempts to publicly reveal her identity.<\/p>\n
In response to the rap legend’s defamation lawsuit against the woman and her controversial attorney, Tony Buzbee, the Jane Doe had implored the presiding judge to allow her to stay anonymous.<\/p>\n
The filing contained a report from the accuser’s psychiatrist detailing the alleged harm revealing her identity would do.<\/p>\n
It stated: \u201cFrom a psychiatric standpoint, the forced disclosure of her identity in this context would have catastrophic consequences for her mental health. Such public exposure would destabilize her current mental health recovery. The impact would likely be severe, with a high risk of exacerbation of her psychiatric symptoms, deterioration of her functioning, and a profound negative effect on her overall prognosis.\u201d<\/p>\n
While the public are not aware of her identity, Jay and his legal team are.<\/p>\n
The woman originally claimed that JAY-Z and\u00a0Diddy\u00a0raped her when she was 13 before she dropped her suit after numerous discrepancies were found in her story.<\/p>\n
After she dropped her own lawsuit, Jay filed one of his own, accusing the woman and her attorney of defamation for bringing the case in the first place.<\/p>\n
As a result of the lawsuit, Jay claimed that he had suffered severe financial harm.<\/p>\n
The filing claims Jay \u201clost other contracts in the sports and entertainment space that would have generated revenues of, at least, $20 million.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Roc Nation founder claims the total would have been far higher if the contract had been carried out.<\/p>\n
Jay also claims that he was denied a $55 million credit line and that Roc Nation itself was refused a $115 million loan from a bank.<\/p>\n
