The first season began in January 2025 and had 12 episodes. The anime is based on the Alphapolis-published light novel series<\/a> written by Kogitsunemaru<\/strong>\u00a0and illustrated by\u00a0Hitogome<\/strong>, which started in 2018 and has 17 volumes as of December 2024. There is a manga drawn by Taro Sasakama<\/strong>, which Alpha Manga describes as:<\/span><\/p>\n

Not even a hero, Takumi Iruma gets accidentally mixed in with a group of heroes chosen to be summoned to another world.
