The official Twitter<\/a>\/X account for the <\/span>Chainsaw Man <\/span><\/i>anime<\/a> series<\/a> has unveiled an exclusive <\/span>new poster visual<\/span> for 4DX, MX4D, and Dolby Cinema screenings of <\/span>Chainsaw Man \u2013 The Movie: Reze Arc<\/span><\/i> in Japan, which will begin on October 4, 2025. The film is scheduled to premiere in other Japanese theaters on September 19, 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The film recently received an <\/span>earlier release date in North America<\/span>, via Sony Pictures, on October 24, 2025, slightly ahead of its previous October 29, 2025 premiere date. It will also <\/span>be released in select Asian countries<\/span> between September 24, 2025 to September 26, 2025, and in parts of Europe, South America, and the Middle East on October 30, 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tatsuya Yoshihara<\/b> (<\/span>Chainsaw Man <\/span><\/i>action director, <\/span>Black Clover<\/span><\/i> series director [later chief director], <\/span>Wistoria: Wand and Sword<\/span><\/i>) is directing the anime film, with <\/span>Kazutaka Sugiyama<\/b> as character designer, <\/span>Hiroshi Seko<\/b> as screenwriter, <\/span>Aya Yamamoto<\/b> as costume designer, <\/span>Kensuke Ushio<\/b> as music composer, and <\/span>Kiyotaka Oshiyama<\/b> and <\/span>Riki Matsuura<\/b> (<\/span>Fire Force <\/span><\/i>Season 2 co-main animator) as devil designers. <\/span>MAPPA<\/b> is handling the animation production.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
