Liquidity is set to flow into private financial markets once the United States Treasury fills its General<\/a> Account with $850 billion.<\/p>\n Crypto markets will enter \u201cup only\u201d mode once the United States Treasury hits its target goal of filling the General Account (TGA), the Treasury Department\u2019s bank account, with $850 billion, according to Arthur Hayes, co-founder of the BitMEX crypto exchange.<\/p>\n \u201cWith this liquidity drain complete, up only can resume,\u201d Hayes wrote<\/a> on Friday as the US TGA\u2019s opening balance crossed $807 billion.
