Durov wrote in a Sunday Telegram <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" data-ct-non-breakable=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/durov\/451\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"null\">post<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>Their only commonality was that they voiced political positions disliked by the French and Moldovan governments.
