Thank you, darling.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Woody Harrelson laughed as Ruffalo told the story. <span class=\"credit\">YouTube\/@TeamCoco<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cAnd this guy comes over and he pushes her outta the way,\u201d Ruffalo continued, \u201cand he shoves Woody.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Danson, who has known the \u201cTrue Detective\u201d star since Harrelson joined the cast of \u201cCheers\u201d in 1985, shook his head at this point in Ruffalo\u2019s story. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh, bad bad,\u201d the \u201cGood Place\u201d actor muttered. \u201cNot good.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBad,\u201d Ruffalo agreed. \u201cBecause Woody\u2019s first response is not \u2018shove someone back,\u2019 but \u2018immediately punch them in the face.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The pair would mix it up as a brawl broke out. <span class=\"credit\">WireImage<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cWhich is the right thing to do, by the way,\u201d he continued. \u201cIt\u2019s the absolute right thing to do. But then a whole melee broke out in this bar. I was in the middle of it, and it was getting to become a whole thing. And I grabbed you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Harrelson, who only laughed and nodded his head until this development, spoke up to corroborate his \u201cNow You See Me\u201d co-star\u2019s recollection of events.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI grabbed you and I pulled you out,\u201d Ruffalo went on. \u201cBecause I was like, this could be fun, but it also could go so disastrously wrong because you and I might be able to handle ourselves, but the rest of the folks we were with\u2026 I don\u2019t think so.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Ted Danson during an episode of his and Woody Harrelson\u2019s \u201cWhere Everybody Knows Your Name\u201d podcast. <span class=\"credit\">YouTube\/@TeamCoco<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Danson ultimately praised Ruffalo for saving Harrelson from what could have turned into something much worse for all parties involved.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m embarrassed to say that I would\u2019ve been the guy who said, \u2018I\u2019ll be right back, I\u2019ll call someone,&#8217;\u201d the \u201cMan on the Inside\u201d star joked, suggesting that he would\u2019ve left his former \u201cCheers\u201d co-star to deal with the bar fight all alone.<\/p>\n<p>But this wouldn\u2019t be the first time that Danson, 77, heard a story about Harrelson getting into a bar fight.<\/p>\n<p>During an <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>earance on <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=bgb1VSd9T4g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cJimmy Kimmel Live!\u201d<\/a> last year, the \u201cCurb Your Enthusiasm\u201d alum revealed that Harrelson \u201cgot in a bar fight and was carjacked in the same day\u201d when they first met 40 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is a whimsical creature,\u201d Danson added of his podcast co-host at the time. \u201cHe\u2019s astounding.
