Famitsu<\/a> has published its estimated physical game<\/a> software data for Japan for week of October 6, 2025 to October 12, 2025. <\/p>\n

Battlefield 6<\/em> for PlayStation 5 was the highest selling single SKU new release of the week, opening at 23,292 retail sales.<\/p>\n

Little Nightmares III<\/em> launched at 17,806 units on Switch, 7,040 units on PlayStation 5, and 6,924 units on Switch 2 for an opening week total of 31,770 retail copies sold.<\/p>\n

On the hardware side, Switch 2 sold 46,842 units, the Switch family sold 23,149 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 14,800 units, the Xbox Series<\/a> family sold 237 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 17 units.<\/p>\n
