The class action lawsuit was filed in court on October 27, and names Drake and Ross alongside the crypto-based sweepstakes platform Stake as co-defendants. <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News<\/a> of the lawsuit was <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WALLACHLEGAL\/status\/1982959084878909554?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1982959084878909554%7Ctwgr%5E8dfaaed308bb92e5cd76d1ea62488a06da826e92%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.hot97.com%2Fnews%2Fdrake-adin-ross-stake-face-class-action-lawsuit-for-alleged-illegal-gambling-in-missouri%2F\">first reported<\/a> by attorney Daniel Wallach.\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>\n            In the 34-page filing reviewed by The FADER, plaintiff Justin Killham accuses Drake and Ross of using &#8220;deeply fraudulent pretenses&#8221; to advertise Stake and mislead impressionable viewers. The suit says their claims of using their own personal funds to place bets is not true: &#8220;Stake <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>arently fronts Drake and Ross &#8216;house money,&#8217; so any reported losses are part of a marketing tactic designed to draw attention,&#8221; the filing reads.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            The glamorous lifestyles depicted in Drake and Ross&#8217;s streams are enticing young viewers to begin gambling illegally, the lawsuit claims. &#8220;Stake\u2019s and Drake\u2019s and Ross\u2019s conduct here threatens the welfare of Missouri residents and especially its young people,&#8221; it continues, pointing to a 2021 study from the National Institutes of Health which claimed that online gambling is flourishing with adolescents despite its illegality, &#8220;which puts their mental health and well-being at serious risk.\u201d\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>\n            The lawsuit asks for damages, disgorgement of profits, and injunctive relief to be determined by jury trial. Seven other states have sued Stake on similar grounds in 2025.
