Following Amemiya as he walks in the night and muses about his past and his post-<em>Gridman Universe<\/em> activities, the video includes the director saying, \u201cWhen I make anime, I always think about how to express something primitively like an initial impulse, a raw roar. I hope I am able to convey the feelings I had when I was making anime back in my student days.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Originally a member of <strong>GAINAX<\/strong>, Amemiya was assistant director on TRIGGER\u2019s debut TV anime, <em>Kill la Kill<\/em>. Before the Gridman anime trilogy, he directed <em>Inferno Cop<\/em> (also a limited animation web series with a motion comic feel),<em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">\u00a0N<\/span>inja Sl<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ayer From Animation<\/span><\/em>, and the<em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Denk<\/span>i Chojin Gridman boys invent great hero <\/em>short for Animator Expo.
