Digital manga<\/a> platform and publisher <\/span>Azuki<\/span> announced today that it will be rebranding and changing its name to Omoi. The service\u2019s catalog, user experience, payment model, and price will remain unchanged.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The new name comes with a new domain, logo, color scheme, and brand identity for the manga service. It will roll out across Omoi\u2019s app<\/a>s and marketing channels this week. The website will be available at <\/span>omoi.com<\/span><\/a>, and the Android and iOS apps will be available in their respective app stores under the name \u201cOmoi: Manga Reader.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe name represents a new phase for us, as we greatly expand our catalog in 2026,\u201d says co-founder and licensing\/marketing director <\/span>Evan Minto<\/b>. \u201cIt also reduces the brand confusion around our old name, which was in use by multiple companies in other industries.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Currently, Omoi is serializing new chapters of<\/span> My Dear Detective: Mitsuko\u2019s Case Files<\/span><\/i>, <\/span>Natsume & Natsume<\/span><\/i>, and <\/span>You\u2019re So Sloppy, Hotta-sensei<\/span><\/i>, in addition to the hundreds of manga series<\/a> available in its apps.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The company also releases print editions of titles such as <\/span>Hikaru in the Light<\/span><\/i>, <\/span>Mecha-Ude: Mechanical Arms<\/span><\/i>, and the upcoming<\/span> Crescent Moon Marching<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>Our Aimless Nights<\/span><\/i>, through partnerships with <\/span>Scholastic\u2019s Graphix<\/span> and Penguin Random House\u2019s <\/span>Ink Pop<\/span>. More new licensing announcements from the service will also be announced later in the future.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
