Max B is right back at it with a brand new single and album announcement following his long-awaited release from prison.<\/p>\n
On Monday (November 24), the Harlem rap legend made his official return to music with “No More Tricks,” a new song produced by veteran hitmaker Dame Grease (DMX “Get At Me Dog,” The LOX “If You Think I’m Jiggy”).<\/p>\n
Over a funky yet gritty beat that feels like a throwback to that classic New York hip-hop sound, Biggaveli proves he hasn’t lost a step on the mic while namedropping some of his rap heroes.<\/p>\n
“MC Ren, Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, feed the beast \/ Swizz my n*gga, Alicia Keys \/ That’s word to ‘Pac, oh a million and one, milli three degrees \/ N*gga, we believe, Beretta millimeter \/ Clip hold 17 \/ Get high off that Ketamine,”<\/em> he spits in a laidback cadence.<\/p>\n “No More Tricks” is the first offering from Max’s upcoming comeback album, Public Domain 7: The First Purge (Patient Zero)<\/em>, which drops this Friday (November 28).<\/p>\n The project will serve as his first full-length effort in four years following Negro Spirituals<\/em>, which was recorded and released while he was behind bars.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Max B (real name Charley Wingate) was freed on November 9 after spending 16 years behind bars for his alleged role in a botched robbery.<\/p>\n The 47-year-old was welcomed home by friends and family, including longtime collaborator French Montana who was filmed embracing Max outside the prison.<\/p>\n \u201cCANT MAKE THIS UP !
