A crowdfunding project for a new Please, Teacher!\u00a0<\/em>(Onegai<\/em>\u2606Teacher<\/em>) anime<\/a> is underway. The anime will feature two stories, one for Mizuho and Kei and the other for Koishi and Ichigo.<\/span><\/p>\n

The plan is to start production in December and complete around April or May 2026, with the anime to be released as a Blu-ray.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yuhiko Nakao<\/strong> (Berserk of Gluttony<\/em> and Re:Monster<\/em> co-producer, episode director on Pluto<\/em> and Ojamajo Doremi<\/em>) is directing the new Please, Teacher\u00a0<\/em>project at Studio M2<\/strong>. Other credits include:<\/span><\/p>\n

The project hopes to crowdfund 25 million yen (~US$160 thousand), with around 1.8 million yen raised at the time of writing. The crowdfunding campaign will run until March 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM JST.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
