Britney Spears<\/strong> is sharing an unsettling message.<\/p>\n

The pop star took to Instagram<\/strong> over the weekend to do some \u201creflecting\u201d \u2014 which she says is \u201cgood for the soul\u201d \u2014 but got VERY cryptic when talking about \u201cpain\u201d and \u201csuffering\u201d! Alongside a video of herself dancing in a leopard leotard, the 43-year-old wrote:<\/p>\n

\u201cHaven\u2019t found my party dress for this year\u2026 Reflecting is good for the soul\u2026 Sometimes when hard things happ<\/a>en, good things come from it and we learn\u2026 I learned that a real note of expression with emotion speaks volumes for us all!!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
