Do not do this blindly.<\/p>\n<p>If Google\u2019s AI hallucinates a claim, you are strictly liable for it.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>However, the legal shield for platforms is cracking here.<\/p>\n<p>In cases like Forrest v. Meta, courts are seeing that <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ceb.com\/applying-section-230-business\/#:~:text=Immunity%20to%20Fraud%3F%0AOne%20such%20case%20is%20in%20the%20early,appeared\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">platforms may lose immunity<\/a> if their tools actively help \u201cdevelop\u201d the illegality.<\/p>\n<p>We have seen this before.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In cases like <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/digitalcommons.law.scu.edu\/cgi\/viewcontent.cgi?article=1164&amp;context=historical\">CYBERsitter v.
