Bitwise is seeking SEC app<\/a>roval for 11 single\u2011token \u201cstrategy\u201d ETFs tied to major altcoins, expanding its product shelf deeper into the altcoin market.<\/p>\n

Crypto fund manager Bitwise has filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch 11 single\u2011token \u201cstrategy\u201d crypto exchange\u2011traded funds (ETFs), extending the company\u2019s crypto ETF footprint deeper into the altcoin market.<\/p>\n

The proposed funds would offer targeted exposure to assets including Aave (AAVE<\/a>), Uniswap (UNI<\/a>), Zcash (ZEC<\/a>), Bittensor (TAO<\/a>), Sui (SUI<\/a>) and Near (NEAR<\/a>), among others, giving investors a regulated route into tokens that so far have mostly traded on crypto exchanges.<\/p>\n

According to the filing<\/a>, each product is designed as a \u201cStrategy ETF\u201d rather than a plain spot vehicle, following a rules\u2011based playbook for how it gets exposure to the underlying asset. <\/p>\n
