The 52-episode\u00a0\u201creal robot\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> was created and directed by <strong>Ryosuke Takahashi<\/strong> (<em>MUTEKING THE Dancing HERO<\/em> chief director,<em> Gasaraki<\/em> director, <em>Young Black Jack<\/em> series composer and supervisor), with mechanical designs from <strong>Kunio Okawara<\/strong> (<em>Mobile Fighter G Gundam <\/em>and <em>Mobile Suit Gundam Seed<\/em> co-mechanical designer,<em> Mobile Suit Gundam<\/em>). <strong>HIDIVE<\/strong> describes the synopsis as such:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The series revolves around Chirico Cuvie, a battle-worn soldier who accidentally becomes involved in a mission to steal military secrets from allied forces. However, during the mission, he discovers that the real reason behind the assignment is a beautiful woman locked inside a container. Barely escaping alive and running from his own army, he\u2019ll have to fight to unravel the truth behind the betrayal, the mysterious woman, and the conspirators who will do anything to silence him.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Armored Trooper Votoms<\/em> later inspired a number of OVAs, including 2011\u2019s <em>Armored Trooper Votoms: <\/em><em>Chirico\u2019s Return<\/em>. It is also considered as a visual influence on the <em>Heavy Gear\u00a0<\/em>universe from Canadian company Dream Pod 9.
