three companies raised more than one \u201cmega-round,\u201d and seven companies raised rounds that were $1\u00a0billion\u00a0in size or larger.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The industry\u00a0didn\u2019t\u00a0slow down in\u00a02025.\u00a0While\u00a0less\u00a0companies raised rounds larger than $1 billion,\u00a0four\u00a0\u2014\u00a0Anthropic raised two rounds\u00a0over\u00a0$1 billion\u00a0\u2014 significantly more companies raised\u00a0multiple rounds\u00a0compared to 2024, eight.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How will 2026 compare? Elon Musk\u2019s\u00a0xAI\u00a0announced a\u00a0$20 billion\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Series<\/a> E\u00a0round\u00a0and Sam Altman\u2019s brain\u00a0computer interface\u00a0startup Merge Labs raised a\u00a0$250 million seed round\u00a0(with OpenAI as the lead investor) in\u00a0the\u00a0first few weeks of 2026,\u00a0so signs\u00a0point to another strong year.\u00a0Of course,\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0still\u00a0early;\u00a0we\u2019ll\u00a0be watching to see if the momentum continues.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are all the U.S. AI companies that raised $100 million this year:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">December:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Austin, Texas-based\u00a0<strong>Mythic<\/strong>, which builds power-efficient\u00a0compute\u00a0for AI, raised a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/mythic.ai\/whats-new\/mythic-to-challenge-ais-gpu-pantheon-with-100x-energy-advantage-and-oversubscribed-125m-raise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">$125 million venture round<\/a>\u00a0that was led by DCVC. The round was announced on December 17 and included SoftBank, NEA and Linse Capital, among other investors.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>Chai Discovery<\/strong>\u00a0announced a\u00a0$130 million Series B round\u00a0on December 15. The round valued the company that\u00a0builds AI models for biotech and drug discovery at\u00a0$1.2 billion. Oak HC\/FT and <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General<\/a> Catalyst co-led the round.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Generative <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> platform\u00a0<strong>Fal\u00a0<\/strong>announced its third funding round of 2025 on December 9. This\u00a0$140 million Series D round\u00a0was led by Sequoia and valued the company at more than\u00a0$4.5 billion.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>Unconventional AI\u00a0<\/strong>announced a monster\u00a0$475 million seed round\u00a0led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Andreesen Horowitz\u00a0on December 8. The round valued the one-year-old startup, which is rethinking the foundation of computers in the age of AI, at\u00a0nearly\u00a0$4.5\u00a0billion.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Boston-based\u00a0<strong>7AI,\u00a0<\/strong>which builds cybersecurity AI agents<strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.7ai.com\/citing-the-agentic-security-inflection-point-7ai-raises-largest-cybersecurity-a-round-in-history-to-bring-ai-security-agents-to-enterprises\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">raised a $130 million Series A round<\/a>\u00a0that was announced on December 4. Index Ventures led the round with participation from Greylock, Spark Capital and CRV, among others.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-november\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"November\"><\/span>November<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">All-in-one AI workspace platform\u00a0<strong>Genspark<\/strong>\u00a0announced a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/annatong\/2025\/11\/20\/genspark-joins-the-unicorn-club-with-latest-funding-round\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">$275 million Series B round<\/a>\u00a0that valued the company at $1.25\u00a0billion\u00a0on November 20.\u00a0The round\u00a0included Emergence Capital Partners, SBI Investment, and LG <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Technology<\/a> Ventures, among others.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>Luma AI<\/strong>, which builds models used for photo and video creation, raised\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/lumalabs.ai\/press\/luma-ai-raises-900-million-series-c-led-by-humain-and-partners-on-2-gigawatt-ai-supercluster-in-saudi-arabia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">$900 million in a Series C round<\/a>\u00a0that valued the startup at\u00a0$4\u00a0billion. The round was led by\u00a0Humain\u00a0with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, AMD\u00a0Ventures\u00a0and Amplify Partners, among others.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>Anysphere<\/strong>, the maker of viral vibe-coding platform <strong>Cursor<\/strong>, raised\u00a0$2.3 billion\u00a0in a\u00a0funding\u00a0round\u00a0that valued the company at\u00a0$29.3 billion. The round was announced on November 13 and is the company\u2019s second funding round this year.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>Parallel<\/strong>, which builds web infrastructure for AI agents, raised a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/parallel.ai\/blog\/series-a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">$100 million Series A round<\/a>\u00a0that was announced on November 12. The round was\u00a0co-led by Index Ventures and Kleiner Perkins.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Healthcare AI agent startup\u00a0<strong>Hippocratic AI<\/strong>\u00a0raised a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/hippocraticai.com\/hippocratic-ai-announces-series-c-funding-126-million\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">$126\u00a0million Series C round<\/a>\u00a0that valued the company at\u00a0$3.5 billion. The round was\u00a0the company\u2019s second this year, was\u00a0announced on November 3, and was led by Avenir Growth.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-october\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"October\"><\/span>October<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>Fireworks AI<\/strong>, a platform that allows users to build AI <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>lications using\u00a0open source\u00a0models, raised a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/fireworks.ai\/blog\/series-c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">$250 million Series C round<\/a>\u00a0that was announced on October 28. The round\u00a0valued the company at\u00a0$4 billion.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Enterprise AI startup\u00a0<strong>Uniphore<\/strong>\u00a0is valued at\u00a0$2.5 billion\u00a0after a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uniphore.com\/press-releases\/nvidia-amd-snowflake-databricks-invest-in-uniphores-series-f\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">$260 million Series F round<\/a>\u00a0that was\u00a0announced\u00a0on\u00a0October 22. The round\u00a0included\u00a0Snowflake Ventures, Nvidia, Databricks Ventures,\u00a0and AMD,\u00a0among others.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>Sesame<\/strong>, a voice AI company, raised a\u00a0$250 million Series B round\u00a0co-led by Sequoia and Spark Capital. The round was announced on October 21\u00a0and also\u00a0included\u00a0SignalRank\u00a0as a participant.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">Cambridge,\u00a0Massachusetts\u2019s\u00a0based\u00a0<strong>OpenEvidence<\/strong>, which builds\u00a0an AI chatbot\u00a0for the medical field, raised its second funding round of 2025. The\u00a0$200 million Series\u00a0C round\u00a0was announced on October 20\u00a0and\u00a0valued\u00a0the company at\u00a0$6 billion.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>Lila <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/sciencee\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"5\" title=\"Science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Science<\/a>s<\/strong>, which is looking to build a science superintelligence platform, announced its second funding round of 2025 on October 14.\u00a0The\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lila.ai\/news\/announcing-the-close-of-our-series-a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">$350 million Series A round<\/a>\u00a0was co-led by\u00a0Braidwell\u00a0and Collective Global.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">DeepSeek competitor\u00a0<strong>Reflection\u00a0AI<\/strong>\u00a0announced its second\u00a0mega-round\u00a0of the year on\u00a0October 9. The\u00a0$2 billion\u00a0Series B round\u00a0valued the company at\u00a0$8 billion\u00a0and was led by Nvidia.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>EvenUp,<\/strong>\u00a0which builds AI for the personal injury legal field, announced a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.evenuplaw.com\/blog\/evenup-2b-valuation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">$150 million Series E round<\/a>\u00a0that valued the company at\u00a0more\u00a0$2 billion\u00a0on October 7. Felicis and Andreessen Horowitz led the round with participation from Nvidia, Lightspeed, and Khosla Ventures, among others.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>Cerebras\u00a0Systems<\/strong>, an AI infrastructure company,\u00a0raised a sizable\u00a0$1.1 billion\u00a0Series G round\u00a0that valued the company at\u00a0$8.1 billion. The round was announced on September 17 and was led by\u00a0Disruptive.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\">AI training startup\u00a0<strong>Invisible Technologies<\/strong>\u00a0was valued at\u00a0$2 billion\u00a0after a\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/invisibletech.ai\/fundraise\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">$100 million fundraise<\/a>\u00a0that was announced on September 16. The\u00a0raise\u00a0was led\u00a0by Vanara Capital with participation from\u00a0Greycroft,\u00a0Tallwoods\u00a0Capital, and Freestyle Capital, among others.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"wp-block-list-item\"><strong>Cognition AI<\/strong>, the creator of vibe-coding agent Devin, raised a\u00a0$400 million Series C round\u00a0that was announced on September 8.
