ballad, \u201cSauvignon Blanc.\u201d\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            The video was directed by Noah Dillon, who also shot the album cover for <i>LUX<\/i> and is known by many as one-half of New York City indie-electronic band The Hellp.\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>\n            In the simple and dreamlike video, Rosal\u00eda lays on the scorching desert earth, wearing a beautiful black dress and pearls (a possible nod to <i>LUX<\/i> standout track, La Perla). An ominous black car <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roaches her, which she can also be seen lying inside of while nursing a glass of the song&#8217;s titular beverage. The ice rink-set video for &#8220;La Perla&#8221; was a departure from the extravagant  video style she explored on &#8220;<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=htQBS2Ikz6c&amp;list=RDhtQBS2Ikz6c&amp;start_radio=1\">Berghain<\/a>,&#8221; which featured multiple striking set pieces and an entire live orchestra.\n          <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-277646\" class=\"content_block paragraph embed triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"media_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"\">\n    <iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"ROSAL\u00cdA - Berghain (Official Video) feat. In the years to follow, she would express her newly Christian faith in her art and music, most notably on her 2022 album, <i>MATA<\/i>, which featured the reverential single, &#8220;<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=rzk20hkG6P8\">The One.&#8221;<\/a>\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            M.I.A.&#8217;s use of political language (identifying Rosal\u00eda as of &#8220;the left&#8221;) suggests that M.I.A. continues to see herself  as part of the political right following <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/m-posted-scary-halloween-picture-153629080.html\">appearances with figures like Candace Owens<\/a> and <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/mia-covid-19-vaccine-unfounded-doubts-1234611165\/\">her outspoken beliefs, such as her public skepticism regarding vaccines.<\/a>\n          <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-277647\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            The question of who gets to claim ownership over visual aesthetics and concepts has been a highly contentious topic as of late.
