A TV anime<\/a> adaptation of Haruka Kawachi<\/strong>\u2018s Rainy Day Serenade<\/em> (Namida Ame to Serenade<\/em>) manga will premiere in 2027. A commemoration visual was released with the news<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The time-travel<\/a> romance manga debuted in the January 2015 issue of Kodansha\u2019s josei magazine Kiss and released its 14th and final volume on February 13, the same date as the anime\u2019s announcement. Kodansha USA describes the synopsis as such:<\/span><\/p>\n

On rainy days, Hina has dreams about her younger self playing with a mysterious boy in a garden she\u2019s never seen before\u2014until, by chance, she stumbles upon the place. There\u2019s a young man there, Takaaki, who mistakes Hina for his fianc\u00e9e Hinako. He whisks her back to what he thinks is her home, where Hina\u2019s doppelganger is waiting, and Hina realizes this isn\u2019t the Tokyo she left behind but Japan in the year 1907! Is this all a dream or something much stranger?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

A spin-off set after the main story will begin serialization this fall.<\/span><\/p>\n
