ShinyHunters hackers leaked user data after a social<\/a>-engineering attack on a Figure employee and the company reportedly refused to pay a ransom.<\/p>\n Figure Technology<\/a>, a blockchain-based lending firm, was reportedly hit by a data breach after attackers manipulated an employee in a social-engineering scheme.<\/p>\n The incident allowed hackers to obtain \u201ca limited number of files,\u201d a company spokesperson told<\/a> TechCrunch.
