A teaser visual for upcoming TV anime<\/a> Dodge Danko\u00a0<\/em>has been revealed. Staff and cast details were also announced.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ikehata Hiroshi<\/strong> (Witch Watch<\/em>,\u00a0Dark Gathering<\/em>)) is directing the show at CUE<\/strong>. Kazuho Hyodo<\/strong> (365 Days to the Wedding<\/em>, Tonikawa: Over the Moon for You<\/em>)) is the series<\/a> composer, while Narihito Sekikawa<\/strong> (f My Wife Became an Elementary School Student<\/em>) is the character designer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the cast includes Manaka Nakayama<\/strong> as Danko Ichigeki, Kaori Maeda<\/strong> as Chinko Kobotoke, Akira Sekine<\/strong> as Mochiko Etai, Yo Taichi<\/strong> as Susan Canon, and Yu Sasahara<\/strong> as Honey Otohana.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dodge Danko <\/em>(Hono no Toukyuji Dodge Danko<\/em>)\u00a0will begin airing this year. The anime is based on Tetsuhiro Koshita<\/strong>\u2018s dodge ball-theme<\/a>d manga, which is a Reiwa era-set sequel to Koshita\u2019s Hono no Toukyuji Dodge Danpei <\/em>starring the daughter of the previous work\u2019s Danpei. The Dodge Danko <\/em>manga started serialization in November 2022 in Shogakukan\u2019s Weekly Corocoro Comic and has six volumes as of August 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hono no Toukyuji Dodge Danpei <\/em>debuted in 1989 and has its own anime. There are several Dodge Danpei <\/em>video game<\/a>s.<\/span><\/p>\n
