ETHZilla will now go by Forum in its second rebrand in less than 12 months as it looks to catch a windfall from the hype around tokenization.<\/p>\n

ETHZilla shares climbed 13% on Wednesday after the company changed its name to Forum as part of plans to ditch its crypto treasury strategy and become a tokenization company.<\/p>\n

The company said<\/a> on Wednesday that it has updated its corporate name and brand to Forum Markets and will do business as Forum. ETHZilla will also change its ticker symbol to \u201cFRMM\u201d as of market open on Monday, pending Nasdaq app<\/a>roval.<\/p>\n

The company said the rebrand is the next step in its transition into a platform \u201cconnecting traditional capital markets with blockchain-based financial infrastructure.\u201d<\/p>\n
