\n\tLongtime booking agent Lucy Dickins has joined CAA, the company announced Monday, days after it was revealed that she was leaving WME. <\/p>\n

\n\tDickins will serve on CAA\u2019s executive director committee, the agency said, adding that she would \u201ccontinue working directly with top music artists to help them achieve their goals.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI\u2019m really excited to be joining CAA,\u201d\u00a0Dickins said in a statement. \u201cI\u2019ve long admired the vision and leadership of the company and the incredible team behind it. What matters most to me is the opportunity to continue building deep creative partnerships with artists and helping them realize their ambitions on a global stage.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tDickins is best-known as Adele\u2019s longtime agent. CAA didn\u2019t specify which artists she\u2019d bring with her. Dickins comes to CAA after first joining WME back in 2019, where she was promoted to Global Head of Contemporary Music and Touring after the pandemic. On Friday, WME co-chairman Christian Muirhead announced she was leaving in a memo to staff, saying that Dickins \u201cled major signings, constructed innovative tour models, and brought exceptional heart and enthusiasm to our business.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a statement, CAA co-chairman and CEO Bryan Lourd called Dickins a tremendous business leader and exceptional agent, with a deep understanding of talent and what it takes to help them realize their most ambitious goals.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cShe\u2019s a dynamic, thoughtful and hands-on leader with invaluable global management experience, creativity, and strategic insight,\u201d Lourd said. \u201cWe look forward to working with her across all divisions of our company.\u201d\u00a0
