It was originally a web novel, which was first released on Royal Road before running on Tapas from 2017 to 2025. An ebook format Remastered Edition from Aethon Books launched this month, and has the following synopsis for its first volume:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">King Grey had it all: unrivaled power, wealth, and prestige.
