Like its predecessor, it\u2019s based on the light novel <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> written by <span class=\"author notFaded\" data-width=\"\"><strong>Asari Endo\u00a0<\/strong>and illustrated b<strong>y Marui-no<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><em>Magical Girl Raising Project: Restart\u00a0<\/em>shares its subtitle with the light novel series\u2019 second and third volumes (which serve as a two-part read), and Yen Press describes the first of the pair as such:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"content-heading-txt\">\n<p class=\"paragraph fs-16\" style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><em>The hit <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a> network <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> \u201cThe Magical Girl Raising Project\u201d selects one out of every tens of thousands of players to become a real life magical girl. But one day, an absolute announcement declares that the number of magical girls has risen too high and must be cut down to half.
