The deal would effectively double the company\u2019s $5.6 billion valuation in just four months.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founders Fund is set to participate with Lightspeed Venture Partners also in talks to invest alongside returning backers Thrive Capital and Lux Capital, Bloomberg reported. The deal is still in early stages and details could change, noted the outlet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TechCrunch visited Physical Intelligence\u2019s headquarters in January, where co-founder Sergey Levine described the company\u2019s ambition simply: \u201cThink of it like ChatGPT, but for robots.\u201d At the time, the company had raised just over $1 billion and employed about 80 people working to build <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a>-purpose AI models that can power robots to perform a wide variety of tasks, from folding laundry to peeling vegetables.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Co-founder Lachy Groom told TechCrunch the company has no timeline for commercialization, an unusual posture that its investors don\u2019t seem to mind. \u201cThere\u2019s no limit to how much money we can really put to work,\u201d Groom said. \u201cThere\u2019s always more compute you can throw at the problem.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
