Additionally, it was announced that the first three seasons of My Hero Academia<\/em> will be streamed worldwide on the TOHO animation official YouTube<\/a> channel for a limited time, starting on April 3. \u201cMore\u201d is set for a May 2 release and will be streamed on Crunchyroll. It\u2019s based on the manga<\/a>\u2019s 431st chapter, \u201cwhich explores the lives of Deku and his classmates eight years after graduating from U.A.\u201d My Hero Academia Final<\/em> Season, the eighth season of the My Hero Academia\u00a0<\/em>anime series, aired during the Fall 2025 anime season.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The original My Hero Academia <\/em>manga by Kohei Horikoshi\u00a0<\/strong>ran in Shueisha\u2019s Weekly Shonen Jump from 2014 to 2024. The synopsis from Viz Media reads:<\/span><\/p>\n

Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he hasn\u2019t got an ounce of power in him. With no chance of ever getting into the prestigious U.A. High School for budding heroes, his life is looking more and more like a dead end. Then an encounter with All Might, the greatest hero of them all, gives him a chance to change his destiny.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The TV anime began in 2016. Aside from the main anime series, there are four\u00a0My Hero Academia\u00a0<\/em>anime movies and two seasons of the My Hero Academia: Vigilantes<\/em> spin-off. Beyond anime, there are video game<\/a>s and an upcoming\u00a0Hollywood live-action movie.<\/span><\/p>\n
