The result is a growing category of designed objects that live somewhere between a chair and a limited-edition release, serious about craft but refreshingly light about everything else.<\/p>\n<p>Carpet Company, the Baltimore brand known for carving out its own irreverent corner of the design world, leans into that tension with the S-TOOL, its first piece of furniture.
