Kim Zolciak<\/strong> is reacting to Kroy Biermann<\/strong>\u2018s latest small win amid their ongoing custody battle!<\/p>\n

If you do not know, the former professional football player demanded full custody late last month of their four children \u2014 KJ<\/strong>, Kash<\/strong>, Kane<\/strong>, and Kaia<\/strong>. Kroy accused Kim of spending hardly any time with their kids between February 26 and March 29, except for one night on March 9. However, the evening turned into a disaster because one of the kids got bitten by a dog! He also claimed that The Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/em> alum committed \u201cfraud and deceit\u201d because not only is she not sharing the parenting responsibilities, but also not attending therapy as they agreed in their temporary custody order.<\/p>\n

For her part, Kim denied the accusations, saying it is \u201cnothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character.\u201d A judge in Georgia sided with the athlete, though. Court documents obtained by TMZ<\/em> on Friday revealed the kids will temporarily stay with Kroy full-time starting from April 3 until Kim completes four parent therapy sessions. The order said the earliest Kim can have the kids again is April 13.<\/p>\n

Now, Kim is speaking out about the latest update in the messy situation \u2014 and she doesn\u2019t seem too happ<\/a>y about what she says are the \u201clies!\u201d She first posted a screenshot of the TMZ<\/em> report to Instagram Stories <\/strong>on Friday night, saying:<\/p>\n

\u201cI will absolutely not put up with these lies any longer.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Bravo<\/strong> personality went on to explain in a follow-up slide that she wasn\u2019t able to attend her therapy sessions in February and March because she didn\u2019t have a day off while filming:<\/p>\n

\u201cI signed a temporary custody order at the end of January. The order clearly states that both the mother and father are to participate in two counseling sessions per month for two months, followed by one session per month thereafter. I was out of the country from February 26 through March 28 due to contractual filming obligations on two separate productions. During that time, I did not have a single day off, making it impossible to attend the required counseling sessions.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Hmm. Kim then insisted she didn\u2019t lose custody of the kids and will complete her required counseling next week:<\/p>\n

\u201cKroy as of today (I had Kj and Kash up until 5pm today) currently has the children for spring break, which is his designated parenting time under the existing agreement. I am scheduled to resume my parenting time when the children return on Friday. My counseling sessions are scheduled and will be completed next week. For the avoidance of any doubt, I have not lost custody of my children, nor has there been any modification to the custody arrangement outside of the agreed-upon temporary order.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Well, according to court documents, Kim won\u2019t get her kids back on Friday! It\u2019s reportedly Monday, and that is only if she completes therapy! Hopefully, she follows through! We\u2019ll see what happens next week! See her statement (below):<\/p>\n
