Grant in a new production of No\u00ebl Coward\u2019s <em>Hay Fever<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe family comedy, directed by Emily Burns, also marks <em>Saltburn <\/em>star Grant\u2019s return to the West End stage after 20 years. It\u2019ll run at the Wyndham Theatre from September to December this year, with two-time Tony winner Baranski playing Judith Bliss and Grant as David Bliss.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t\u201cLast year, Judith retired from her life on stage. Already, she misses the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>lause,\u201d reads a plot synopsis. \u201cIdling away at their country home, the rest of the family \u2014 reclusive novelist husband David and failure-to-launch children Sorrel and Simon \u2014 are too self-involved to be a good audience. So, Judith invites a young fan as her guest for the weekend. But unbeknownst to her, each of the Blisses have a guest of their own arriving at the very same time. Completely unsuited to hosting and allergic to compromise, the house quickly erupts into a chaos of parlor <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>s, put-downs, and unrequested encores.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tBaranski, best known for recent roles in <em>The Gilded Age<\/em> and <em>The Good Wife<\/em>, said about making her debut on London\u2019s theater scene: \u201cI attended my first West End play as a student at Juilliard in 1971, so it\u2019s rather a dream come true.\u201d She said that she\u2019s looking forward to a life in London \u2014\u00a0\u201ca city I absolutely adore\u201d \u2014\u00a0and described her co-star as \u201cso gifted, whip smart and wickedly funny.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t\u201cI last performed on stage 20 years ago,\u201d she continued, \u201cand coincidentally, Richard E. Grant last performed in the West End 20 years ago! \u2026 [<em>Hay Fever<\/em>] requires quicksilver delivery and suave flamboyance. I hope it will be a delicious treat for audiences to spend time with this Bliss-ful Bohemian family!\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tGrant added that he guest-starred for a night in <em>The Play What I Wrote <\/em>at the Wyndham 25 years ago and was delighted to return with \u201cthe sensational Christine Baranski in No\u00ebl Coward\u2019s delicious comedy, <em>Hay Fever<\/em>, which premiered in the West End 101 years ago (but who\u2019s counting?).\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe <em>Withnail &amp; I <\/em>star said he\u2019d also be looking forward to \u201cmaybe a bigger dressing room.\u201d He added: \u201cI love the theatre and am thrilled to return to it, and to be directed by the illustrious Emily Burns.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tFurther casting and creative team members are to be unveiled later.
