\n\tPedro Pascal didn\u2019t know he\u2019d be involved in Bad Bunny\u2018s 2026 Super Bowl halftime performance until right before he was being brought onto the field. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe Last of Us<\/em> actor reflected on his cameo in the Grammy Award winner\u2019s monumental Super Bowl performance in a profile with Fantastic Man<\/a><\/em>. Pascal admitted that he reached out to Bad Bunny\u2019s team about participating somehow, even if that meant he\u2019d be volunteering or serving coffee.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI wanted to participate in any way \u2014 literally a volunteer position, like serving coffee if needed \u2014 and I put the feelers out through people I work with,\u201d he said. \u201cWhen it comes to representation synchronized with celebration there\u2019s no one better than Benito at the moment, and that fills me with inspiration outside of just being super into his music.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Emmy nominee explained he went into shooting Tony Gilroy\u2019s Behemoth!<\/em> and hadn\u2019t heard back from Bad Bunny\u2019s team, so he \u201csent someone an email with a selfie of me sticking my tongue out, being, like, \u2018It\u2019s really me.\u2019 Within 25 minutes, they called me back and they were, like, \u2018We want you to come to the show.’\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tOnce he made it to Super Bowl LX, the actor explained he did not explicitly know he\u2019d be taking the field to app<\/a>ear in Bad Bunny\u2019s La Casita, a set piece he utilizes in his live performances. All he was told was to wear the color beige, but he quickly realized he was going to be featured in the performance.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI was under the impression that I would be in a suite. There was a dress code \u2013 \u2018wear beige\u2019 \u2013 but I thought it was in case there\u2019d be a photographer,\u201d Pascal said. \u201cSo we\u2019re up in the stands watching the game<\/a> and somebody pulls me from my seat and takes me backstage and then there\u2019s Cardi B and there\u2019s Young Miko and Karol G and Jessica Alba. They do a wardrobe check and then they tell me, \u2018Okay, so the vibe is: you\u2019re dancing.’\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tThat\u2019s when the Materialists<\/em> star realized he\u2019d be featured in the show, specifically in Bad Bunny\u2019s La Casita. \u201cI started to realize right before they started, and I was, like, \u2018It\u2019s the Casita. I\u2019m such a fucking idiot. Oh my god, I\u2019m going to be in the Casita,\u2019 as I was being marched out into the field. So I think that\u2019s why I seemed like a deer in headlights,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs Pascal outlined, he was not the only star featured in the singer\u2019s performance. Alongside Cardi B, Young Miko, Karol G and Jessica Alba, the \u201cTit\u00ed Me Pregunt\u00f3\u201d singer also tapped Ricky Martin and Lady Gaga to perform with him mid-set, while Alix Earle, Dave Grutman and Ronald Acu\u00f1a Jr. also appeared in Bad Bunny\u2019s La Casita.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
