However, she didn\u2019t get into the very serious incident she is now claiming occurred almost two decades ago. Ruby wrote at the time:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\" class=\"lazy-ad-parent\">\n<div id=\"section-69e3a0f1c5a25-paragraph-slot\" class=\"incontent-ad lazy-ad-slot\" data-base-div-id=\"pb-slot-incontent-2\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cI spectacularly lost dignity (and keys) one night not too long ago. Remember when Katy Perry and I crashed the year 12 formal? I don\u2019t. I had been off the grog for 30 days \u2014 my first attempt at sobriety \u2014 and I was out partying with Katy. What I do remember thinking was: \u2018I\u2019ll have a drink tonight, I deserve one. I mean, what\u2019s the worst that could happen?\u2019 Well, not stopping at one drink, or 10, and then vomiting on Katy\u2019s foot was the answer.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Related: Katy\u2019s Video Co-Star Claims She Exposed His Manhood In Front Of Crowd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What Ruby did say in the article that she also remembered was that \u201cnothing horrific happened,\u201d but that night out with Katy pushed her to stop drinking:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\" class=\"lazy-ad-parent\">\n<div id=\"section-69e3a0f1c5a29-paragraph-slot\" class=\"incontent-ad lazy-ad-slot\" data-base-div-id=\"pb-slot-incontent-2\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cThe short answer: I threw up on Katy Perry. And that\u2019s one of the reasons I\u2019ve been off the grog now for almost 90 days. Before you jump to conclusions, nothing horrific happened, nor have I been hit with a DUI \u2014 but I just had enough, and it has been one of the best decisions of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Flash forward to April 2026, and Ruby has a different claim to make about that evening with Katy! On <strong>Threads<\/strong> this week, the <em>Orange Is the New Black<\/em> alum alleged \u201cpulled her underwear to the side and rubbed her disgusting v****a on my face\u201d until she \u201cprojectile\u201d vomited while at <strong>Spice Market<\/strong> nightclub in Melbourne.<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlight\">Awful!<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"min-height:120px;width:100%;float:none;\" class=\"lazy-ad-parent\">\n<div id=\"section-69e3a0f1c5a2c-paragraph-slot\" class=\"incontent-ad lazy-ad-slot\" data-base-div-id=\"pb-slot-incontent-2\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Ruby explained that she chose to joke about the incident for a long time, omitting all the horrible details because she \u201cdidn\u2019t know how else to handle it.\u201d Plus, the<em> Teenage Dream<\/em> singer helped her obtain a US visa at the time. But now, Ruby is not holding back and even taking legal action.<\/p>\n<p>The Australian police launched an investigation into Katy after the <em>Meg<\/em> star filed reports against her on Tuesday. The <strong>Grammy<\/strong> winner has vehemently denied the allegations. A former manager at Spice Market also has spoken out about the incident, claiming the two women had \u201ctoo much to drink\u201d that night. However, he allegedly didn\u2019t witness or hear about any sexual assault or vomiting when they were at the club. But more disturbing misconduct claims against Katy have resurfaced since Ruby bravely came forward \u2014 which does not help the performer\u2019s case whatsoever!<\/p>\n<p>What are your thoughts, Perezcious readers?
