Cerebras raised a $1.1 billion <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Series<\/a> G last year, followed by a $1 billion Series H in February at a $23 billion valuation, <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/tech\/chip-startup-cerebras-files-for-initial-public-offering-4aa27ae3\">according to the Wall Street Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In recent months, the company announced <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/tech\/amazon-announces-inference-chips-deal-with-cerebras-109ecd31?mod=article_inline\">an agreement with Amazon Web Services<\/a> to use Cerebras chips in Amazon data centers, as well as a deal with OpenAI <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/tech\/ai\/openai-forges-multibillion-dollar-computing-partnership-with-cerebras-746a20e4?mod=article_inline\">reportedly worth more than $10 billion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a recent interview with the WSJ, Feldman boasted, \u201cObviously, [Nvidia] didn\u2019t want to lose the fast inference business at OpenAI, and we took that from them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cerebras brought in $510 million in revenue in 2025, according to the filing, with a net income of $237.8 million (excluding certain one-time items, it was a non-GAAP net loss of $75.7 million).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A company has not disclosed how much it hopes to raise in the IPO.
