A teaser trailer and key visual have been released for the upcoming Ushiro no Shomen Kamui-san<\/em> TV anime<\/a>, an adaptation of the erotic horror-comedy manga written by Eroki<\/strong> and drawn by Shinko Konoshiro<\/strong>. Takumi Tsukumo<\/strong> is directing the anime, which is being produced by Zero-G<\/strong> and ZG-R<\/strong>. Among the other main staff members are Motofumi Nakajo <\/strong>as series<\/a> composer, the late Toshinari Yamashita<\/strong> (Moritasan wa Mukuchi<\/em>) as character designer, Nana Hiragi <\/strong>as sub-character designer, and Takayuki\u00a0Noguchi<\/strong> (The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten<\/em> character designer) and Tomoyuki Abe <\/strong>as chief animation directors.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the cast side,\u00a0Tomokazu Sugita<\/strong> is playing Kamui, a psychic who exorcises spirits through sexual methods.\u00a0Aono Riko<\/strong> is main heroine Shijika Mimizuka, an assistant to Kamui who can see and attract spirits. Other cast members include:<\/span><\/p>\n

The Shogakukan-published Ushiro no Shomen Kamui-san<\/em> manga began serialization on Ura Sunday and Manga One in March 2020. There are 12 volumes of the shonen title as of February 2026.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

WWWave<\/strong>\u2018s\u00a0Deregula label is credited with \u201cproduce\u201d (in general<\/a>, a management\/planning-type role), while WWWave occupies the production committee role.<\/span><\/p>\n
