Industrial Average<br \/>\n        DJIA,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210598065\/realtime\" class=\"negative\">-1.84%<\/bg-quote><span>,<\/span><br \/>\n       U.S. stock futures<br \/>\n        ES00,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209948968\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-0.44%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       edged lower. <\/p>\n<p>Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell will <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ear with U.S. Treasury Sec. Steven Mnuchin in front of a House committee to discuss the largely unspent credit facilities, though he may address other topics. In prepared remarks, Powell said activity has picked up from its depressed second-quarter level, when much of the economy was shut down, but the path forward will \u201ccome only when people are confident that it is safe to reengage in a broad range of activities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sweden\u2019s Riksbank held interest rates at zero and said it would continue asset purchases.<\/p>\n<p>Several European countries including France, Spain and the U.K. are grappling with rising coronavirus numbers. U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson is expected to order pubs in England to shut by 10 p.m. and, in a reversal from the summer, encourage working from home.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe project a modest temporary setback in response to more modest, better targeted and often regional restrictions,\u201d said Holger Schmieding, chief economist at Berenberg Bank, of Europe <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a>ly. \u201cMany such measures will hit parts of consumer spending (mostly services such as leisure, entertainment, tourism\u2026) disproportionally. We expect these measures to temporarily dampen but not derail the overall economic rebound.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Whitbread<br \/>\n        WTB,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/207954631\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-2.32%<\/bg-quote><span>,<\/span><br \/>\n       the Premier Inn owner, fell 4% as it said it would cut up to 6,000 jobs, or 18% of its wokforce.
