The remix has a moving, existential dreaminess, evoking Madonna\u2019s <i>Ray Of Light<\/i>&#8216;s psychedelic sunniness.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            Malibu, a master of creating sonic expanse, helps create a bed for Larsson and Gao (who co-wrote the original song) to sing of life\u2019s ongoing uncovering mystery. \u201cLike a parachute, I&#8217;m about to jump\/ I just fall, fall, fall,\u201d Gao sings in a rising falsetto on her guest verse. But it makes sense given that Larsson is quite explicitly moving from a place of top 40 hitmaking to a more enduring state of artistic worldbuilding. Her <i>Midnight Sun<\/i> atmosphere, with its <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=3H3ur9vMtXs\">Swedish fjords<\/a>, <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DOeB4sFj7hQ\/\">Lisa Frank artwork<\/a>, and her <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DXqn_J0HAps\/?img_index=1\">sparkly charms<\/a>, is all part of that.
