What I didn\u2019t expect was how underground the lineup would feel: none of these names are small by any means, but the festival\u2019s embrace of emerging artists feels like a conscious decision to court the next generation of rap fans. That means Rolling Loud has never been a better place to catch all of rap\u2019s next big stars. Here are the 18 r<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ers we&#8217;re most excited to see.\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-280206\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<h5 class=\"headline\" style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Friday_May_8\"><\/span>\n        Friday, May 8<br \/>\n      <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            <b>Nino Paid<\/b><br \/>\u201cI done been through a lot so I gotta be somethin\u2019 \/ one of the greats, man I gotta be one,\u201d D.C. wunderkind Nino Paid rapped on 2024 single \u201cMoney Problems.\u201d The 24-year-old rapper has been on a tear ever since, signing a deal with Signal Records and racking up millions of streams across songs like \u201cOld Me\u201d and \u201cTomorrow Will Be Better.\u201d Revisit The FADER\u2019s Gen F profile of Nino Paid last winter.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <b>YT<\/b><br \/>British jerk rapper YT has so much swag you might soak some up via osmosis. When The FADER profiled him last year, he explained that late 2000s and early 2010s hip-hop have, \u201cthis carefreeness and sense of fun\u201d that he wants to revitalize for the modern era with his friends Fimiguerrero, kwes e, and Jim Legxacy. I will be losing my mind when he performs \u201c#PURRR\u201d and \u201cSerena.\u201d\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <b>Tezzus &amp; diamond*<\/b><br \/>Young Thug\u2019s most promising proteges make for a seriously dynamic duo. When the pair stopped by The FADER offices last month, the \u00d8Way figureheads were bouncing off each other\u2019s energy, dishing on celebrity crushes and road<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a>ping with skaiwater. With chemistry this good offstage, I imagine they\u2019ll likely show up at each others\u2019 sets to perform at least a couple tracks off UY SCUTI B\u00d8YZ. Fingers crossed they bring out Sk8star to do \u201cNSD.\u201d \n          <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content_block paragraph triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-280207\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            <b>k3<\/b><br \/>She might not be a lyricist in the traditional sense, but make no mistake: k3 loves rapping her ass off. Whether on projects like last year\u2019s <i>MeloManiac<\/i> or freestyled loosies on her SoundCloud, the Kansas City rapper is always diabolically dialed in, barking and snarling through hardknocking instrumentals (typically courtesy of YoEliWTF!). Yes I\u2019m a grown man, yes the hook for \u201cSassy Classy Bossy\u201d stays stuck in my head \u2013 we exist!\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <b>Xaviersobased<\/b><br \/>The FADER\u2019s January cover star has been white-hot since the release of his debut album <i>Riverside<\/i> at the top of the year. \u201cParty At My Place\u201d with Skrillex has already reached cult status among underground rap fans: hearing it live will probably change lives.\n          <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-280208\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<h5 class=\"headline\" style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Saturday_May_9\"><\/span>\n        Saturday, May 9<br \/>\n      <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            <b>Babychiefdoit<\/b><br \/>I recently saw Babychiefdoit perform in Newport, KY, where a theater filled with children riotously screamed every word of his songs from the front row to the backrow to the mob of approximately 50 kids onstage behind him, who frequently had to be asked to clear space on the stage for safety reasons. Basically, it was lit as fuck. When he did \u201cWent West\u201d (twice), it felt like Gen Alpha\u2019s version of \u201cDreams &amp; Nightmares (Intro).\u201d Sleep on the Chicago rapper at your own peril.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <b>Molly Santana<\/b><br \/>I am praying to God that Molly Santana performs <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DWsTR9ygmU8\/\">this insane new song<\/a> sampling Kanye West and Jay-Z\u2019s \u201cGottta Have It.\u201d Produced by longtime collaborator Showjoe (who\u2019s also been dropping crazy heat lately), the \u201c#BLACKPUNK\u201d snippet is the hardest beat Molly has ever gotten on; I\u2019m guessing North West being a big fan of her music might have helped to get the sample cleared. It\u2019s Molly Santana\u2019s first release since the deluxe edition of <i>Molly &amp; Her Week of Wonders<\/i>. Revisit our profile of Molly Santana from last spring.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <b>Chuckyy<\/b><br \/>Of the myriad rappers out of Chicago, I\u2019m hard pressed to think of another hip-hop artist more clearly poised for national stardom than Chuckky. Though Chuckyy\u2019s bread and butter is drill rap, his adoption of a looser, frequently drumless ambient style, keeps things feeling fresh, closer to the drill coming out of Philadelphia than the well-trodden soundkits of his hometown. And Chuckyy is a freakishly <i>good<\/i> lyricist besides, his flows carving out inimitable cadences. It\u2019s no wonder he counts everyone from Veeze to Che among his fans.\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-280209\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            <b>untiljapan<\/b><br \/>Art-obsessed Atlanta rapper untiljapan built an ornate world on last summer\u2019s <i>trompe l\u2019oeil<\/i>, rapping about his fashion and feelings alike with an unusually intense verve. Plenty of rappers aspire to the prestige album heights of Travis Scott and Kanye West, but it\u2019s rare to find an artist trying to match not only the stylistic polish, but the thematic depth of those artists\u2019 best work. We ALL will be getting our life to \u201cKISS N TELL\u201d and \u201cPYRAMIDZ.\u201d\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <b>Karrahbooo<\/b><br \/>After a year and change in limbo under a deal with Lil Yachty, Karrahbooo is back to regularly releasing music under her own steam. She stayed busy during that time, collaborating with skaiwater, Bb trickz, and of course, close friend Anycia; but since dropping her October single \u201cFREE BOOO!,\u201d Karrah has been on a crazy tear, as if to make up for every moment spent in label purgatory.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <b>Prettifun<\/b><br \/>Prettifun notched The FADER\u2019s #5 album of the year with 2025\u2019s <i>Funhouse Deluxe<\/i>, an abundantly earnest spin on the nu-digicore wave spearheaded by pretti and friends\/collaborators like Slayr, ezcodylee, Egobreak, and Lucy Bedroque. When I caught prettifun at Summer Smash last June, I was blown away by how preternaturally poised the North Carolina producer-rapper was on stage. Lately, pretti\u2019s been on a wild streak of loosies and features produced by the usual suspects \u2013 Misogi, Jay Trench, Outtatown, Ginseng, Hitec \u2013 plus teasing a new project, <i>Pretti Luvs U 2<\/i>. Unfortunately for those buzzkills, her fans absolutely are not: singles \u201cHang With A Bad Bitch\u201d and \u201cIf You Want It\u201d have been putting up numbers as the rapper promotes her DJ Holiday-hosted latest, <i>Yo Favorite Trappa Favorite Rappa<\/i>. Of course, that isn\u2019t to forget the classics \u2013 it\u2019ll be incredible to hear a crowd that big scream, \u201cMy coochie pink, my bootyhole brown.\u201d\n          <\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>\n            <b>OsamaSon<\/b><br \/>Is there a harder working rapper out than OsamaSon? Last year he dropped two cult classics (<i>Jumpout<\/i> and <i>psykotic<\/i> and toured the country behind both (feeding his spotted bengals can\u2019t be cheap). He\u2019s been vaguely teasing a followup, potentially called <i>Nocturnal<\/i>, but whether he drops new music or just plays the hits, it\u2019s sure to be a highlight of the weekend. Revisit The FADER\u2019s profile of OsamaSon two days after <i>Jumpout<\/i> leaked.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <b>Loe Shimmy<\/b><br \/>Last summer, Loe Shimmy told me he\u2019d recorded his latest album <i>Rockstar Junkie<\/i> just about everywhere in between touring with Lil Baby and Sexyy Red: private jets, Black trucks, an unfinished bathroom in a half-constructed studio suite. Shimmy was already a Florida star, but that album took him to new heights, complete with cosigns from Don Toliver, Quavo, and NoCap.Considering Florida is Shimmy&#8217;s hometurf, I wouldn\u2019t be surprised to see some crossover guests stop by during his slot. (\u201c<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=c10mq10VbgM\">4AM at Coffeezone<\/a>\u201d would be an insane linkup).\n          <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n<\/style>\n<div id=\"content_block-280211\" class=\"content_block paragraph text triple_gutter_right triple_gutter_left center_align\">\n<div class=\"content_inner_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"paragraph_wrapper center_align\">\n<p>\n            Che<br \/>Like OsamaSon, Che has been on a serious run over the last year, releasing <i>REST IN BASS<\/i> plus a deluxe and a few EPs in between tours. Last year, I saw him perform in LA and Chicago while profiling the Atlanta rapper, then another couple times in NYC and Columbus, OH, on tour. Every time has been better than the last.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <b>Skrilla<\/b><br \/>The man behind the meme, Skrilla saw his rising star go totally meteoric in the wake of \u201cDoot Doot (6 7).\u201d The Philly rapper was already well on his way to rap success \u2013 Lil Baby hopping on his 2024 tape <i>Zombie Love Kensington Paradise<\/i> was less of a torchpass than an acknowledgement of the next great thing \u2013 but the virality of <i>six sevennn<\/i> kicked things well into overdrive. Hot off the heels of his major label debut <i>Z<\/i>, Skrilla\u2019s set will be a victory lap to watch.\n          <\/p>\n<p>\n            <b>Skaiwater<\/b><br \/>The FADER\u2019s latest cover star told me last month that February\u2019s <i>wonderful<\/i> was recorded with the explicit purpose of hearing the songs live. Over two nights in Chicago, watching them churn the crowd into a frenzy and dance across the literal bar, I was struck by their growth as a performer, even compared to their Rolling Loud set last spring.
