The It Ends With Us<\/em> actress is fighting for legal fees and damages in her battle against Justin Baldoni<\/strong> \u2014 but even a judge is getting sick of this never-ending back and forth!<\/p>\n

As Perezcious readers know, the parties settled their lawsuit earlier this month, and per reports, no money was exchanged. However, because the director filed a countersuit against the leading lady, which was then dismissed, Blake can still try to fight for legal fees and damages \u2014 which you know she is doing! But unfortunately for her, she won\u2019t be able to submit any more evidence in her case!<\/p>\n

In court docs obtained by TMZ<\/em> on Monday, the judge on the case denied Blake\u2019s request to file additional briefs and to offer additional information as she argues why she\u2019s entitled to this money. She already filed motions about this situation earlier in the case, but she had some more claims and evidence she wanted to bring up in court \u2014 but the judge just doesn\u2019t want to hear it. The legal professional thinks they have more than enough info as it is to make a decision on this matter, at least for now. So, it seems there\u2019s no more time for talking.<\/p>\n
