PK Kemsley<\/strong> is coming for Dorit<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Weeks after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> star filed for divorce from the businessman after he was caught kissing Shana Wall<\/strong>, he\u2019s accusing her of using one of their kids to get money from him! On divorce docs seen by TMZ<\/em> on Monday, PK alleges:<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile I was attempting to address financial issues with [Dorit], she enlisted our [kid] to send text messages to me requesting money for [Dorit\u2019s] personal expenses, including a trip<\/a> she wanted to take with the children.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

He also submitted alleged text messages between him and the kid from last month:<\/p>\n

Kid: \u201cDaddy, do you want us to have a fun spring break?\u201d<\/p>\n

PK: \u201cYes, puppy of course. But because I know you\u2019re super smart before you try and outsmart your daddy, just bear in mind, the creator is always smarter than the creation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kid: \u201cYeah, that really helps with the fun spring break.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

However, PK wasn\u2019t keen on letting it go, texting back:<\/p>\n

Kid: \u201cWhy can\u2019t you just book us a holiday? Mommy pays for everything?\u201d<\/p>\n

PK: \u201cHow do you know who pays for everything my love?\u201d<\/p>\n

Kid: \u201cCan you just pay and book us a flight?\u201d<\/p>\n

PK: \u201cLol I don\u2019t know where you want to go, so I wouldn\u2019t know what to book \u2026 it is 1030, you need to go to sleep.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kid: \u201cOk, goodnight.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

PK is using the texts as evidence Dorit is spending money willy-nilly while ignoring expenses like the mortgage for their home, which he claims is in foreclosure. He\u2019s now requesting the court let him put their home on the market. Together, the estranged pair share 12-year-old son Jagger<\/strong> and 10-year-old daughter Phoenix<\/strong>. It\u2019s not clear which child PK was texting.<\/p>\n
