Lena Dunham<\/strong> said a LOT about Adam Driver<\/strong> in her new memoir\u2026 and now he\u2019s weighing in!<\/p>\n

Last month, the comedia<\/a>n dropped her memoir Famesick<\/em>, which includes an array of eyebrow-raising claims against the Star Wars<\/em> actor. ICYMI, Lena said that while developing and filming her HBO<\/strong> show Girls<\/em>, Adam popped off with multiple unrehearsed, and often aggressive moments, including during a sex scene and a line reading. She claimed he once \u201churled a chair at a wall\u201d when she couldn\u2019t remember her lines while rehearsing for the season 1 finale:<\/p>\n

\u201cI remember doing a fight scene with Adam and how scary it was to meet someone so totally present with such absence. Late one night, as we practiced lines in my trailer, I found that mine were suddenly gone. I knew I\u2019d written them. I\u2019d known them only minutes before. But when I opened my mouth, all that came out was a stammer \u2014 until finally, Adam screamed, \u2018F**KING SAY SOMETHING\u2019 and hurled a chair at the wall next to me. \u2018WAKE THE F**K UP,\u2019 he told me. \u2018I\u2019M SICK OF WATCHING YOU JUST STARE.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

She reflected on their complicated relationship, calling him \u201cshort-tempered,\u201d \u201cverbally aggressive,\u201d \u201ccondescending,\u201d \u201cphysically imposing,\u201d but also \u201cprotective, loving even.\u201d You can read more about her revelations HERE.<\/p>\n

During a press conference at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival<\/strong> on Sunday, the Megalopolis<\/em> actor was asked for a response to Lena\u2019s claims \u2014 and he responded:<\/p>\n

\u201cI have no comment on any of that.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

He went on to tease he\u2019s \u201csaving\u201d his side of the story for a written project of his own:<\/p>\n
