According to shocking new reporting from DailyMail.com<\/em><\/a> on Tuesday, the couple\u2019s sprawling luxury compound in South Salem, New York has been slammed with more than $2.1 million in alleged unpaid contractor debt \u2014 which is a freakin\u2019 TON \u2014 and the claims are seriously jaw-dropping!<\/p>\n

The famous A-list pair reportedly purchased the massive property through an LLC back in 2018 before quietly snapp<\/a>ing up additional neighboring parcels of land over the years. Their vision, at least at the time, was to have a secluded 110-acre family sanctuary far away from the flashing lights of Hollywood and the chaos of Manhattan life, in a spot about 60 miles or so north of the Big Apple.<\/p>\n

Blake herself once reportedly called the property \u201cheaven\u201d and \u201cthe most beautiful place in the world,\u201d per DM<\/em>, while promising local officials that she and Ryan wanted to create an environmentally conscious retreat where \u201cour neighbors will never see us.\u201d<\/p>\n

The biggest claim reportedly comes from a company called FlowCon Inc<\/strong>., also known as Flower Construction<\/strong>, which filed a whopping lien for more than $1.3 million alone. The company allegedly handled major parts of the build including framing, electrical systems, plumbing, drywall, masonry, painting, waterproofing, HVAC work, and custom millwork.<\/p>\n

Other companies are reportedly seeking payment for high-end copper roofing, structural steel fabrication, carpentry, geothermal excavation, drainage systems, and septic installation work. Basically, this wasn\u2019t just some simple home renovation. This thing sounds like a full-blown luxury resort compound for the rich and famous!<\/p>\n

And get this: the construction project appears to have stalled out either very late last year or sometime in very early 2026 after years of delays.
