I\u2019ve lost count of how many people I\u2019ve seen brag about using AI to build a new CRM when hundreds of solid platforms already exist. It makes no sense to build a new CRM when existing platforms already offer nearly every feature you need \u2014 and have full development teams keeping them updated and running smoothly.<\/p>\n<p>The same goes for <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>s and software that are just clones of existing tools. I\u2019ve made that mistake myself, but the reality is no one needs another version of the same tool that already exists a hundred times over.<\/p>\n<p>Now, there are a few rare cases where building an app or software platform makes sense \u2014 mainly when you can launch it quickly and offer a proprietary approach. That could include a unique formula or algorithm, a specific process, or access to exclusive data. There\u2019s one caveat: you need to be certain your company can handle the increase in business. While this creates an opportunity to scale, it also means more people will be affected if you drop the ball \u2014 and that can damage your reputation quickly.<\/p>\n<p>Implementation still requires oversight, testing, and operational discipline.
