More details are coming out after Gabbie Gonzalez<\/strong>\u2018s arrest over a shocking alleged murder-for-hire plot against her baby daddy!<\/p>\n

As we previously reported this week, the 24-year-old influencer was arrested, along with her father, Francisco Gonzalez<\/strong>, and friend, Kai Cordrey<\/strong>, after she allegedly tried to hire a hitman to kill former Why Don\u2019t We<\/strong> member, Jack Avery<\/strong>. The Los Angeles County District Attorney\u2019s Office<\/strong> told People<\/em> on Friday that Gabbie and her dad officially have been charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and solicitation of murder. Cordrey faces the same charges.<\/p>\n

The DA explained the charges stem from what police claim is a custody dispute between Gabbie and Jack over their 7-year-old daughter, Lavender<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u201cBetween 2020 and 2021, she is accused of seeking the assistance of her then-boyfriend [Kai] Cordrey to hire someone on the dark web to kill Avery. In April 2021, Gonzalez\u2019s father, Francisco Gonzalez, allegedly sent $10,000 to Cordrey as front money to use in locating, hiring and paying someone to kill Avery.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We knew all that! But what we didn\u2019t know? Prosecutors now say Cordrey asked any prospective killer to prove that Jack died \u2014 by giving Gabbie his severed finger! OMG! The DA\u2019s office told People<\/em>:<\/p>\n

\u201cKai Cordrey asked the hitman to send him Jack\u2019s finger with his jewelry still on it as proof of death.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This information comes as Gabbie was released from custody after 4:00 p.m. on Friday after posting a $2 million bail, according to TMZ<\/em>. However, the TikToker\u2019s release has conditions. The judge reportedly ordered Gabbie to wear a GPS monitor and to stay away from Jack and Lavender. Remember, he obtained a temporary restraining order and got custody of the child following the social media<\/a> personality\u2019s arrest.<\/p>\n

However, prosecutors further asked the judge not to allow any of her family members to contact the child, claiming they could try to exert control over her. Jack previously alleged her loved ones haven\u2019t stopped contacting him about Lavender\u2019s whereabouts, and that the influencer\u2019s friends even went as far as to come to his home. Oof! In addition, the judge said Gabbie cannot post anything about the criminal case on social media.<\/p>\n
