Britney Spears<\/strong> is getting candid about everything she has been through over the past few months.<\/p>\n

In a since-deleted post on Instagram<\/strong> this week, the pop star opened up about the \u201cinteresting\u201d year she has had while admitting to struggling with \u201cemotional issues.\u201d As you know, Britney was arrested back in March for driving under the influence and subsequently checked herself into rehab for three weeks. There, the Womanizer<\/em> singer addressed her alleged substance abuse issues, which include struggles with alcohol and Adderall addiction.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, she took a plea deal called a \u201cwet reckless\u201d \u2014 AKA a DUI charge reduced to reckless driving. She was placed on 12 months probation, ordered to pay a $571 fine, required to see a psychologist once a week and a psychiatrist twice a month, and more. It has been a difficult year for Brit so far, and she is now reflecting on it in a lengthy post. She wrote:<\/p>\n

\u201cThis year has been quite interesting\u2026 I\u2019ve never done so many arts and crafts and it\u2019s sort of embarrassing ok so I might have went a bit coo coo in the nest when I honestly believed I could create my own stained glass \u2026 I got bits and pieces of broken glass, big pieces, small\u2026 all laid down on white sheets\u2026 to make it properly. I have a glass blowing machine which is extremely dangerous cuz it\u2019s so hot in temperature it melts glass like you see in Catholic Churches or on round lamps unfortunately I wasn\u2019t able to use that machine\u2026 maybe one day I will.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Britney then confessed to struggling with \u201ca lot of emotional issues\u201d:<\/p>\n

\u201cI have a lot of emotional issues that come up in my kitchen\u2026 I have no idea why\u2026 I guess that\u2019s usually where we as family all come together to celebrate, pray and cook and well for some reason I did my crafts there\u2026 and then I started painting I painted all night\u2026 when I was done I turned all the lights off and then turned on my upside down stain glass lamp\u2026 to my surprise it was by no means perfect but my heart and whole body became one with it and I melted with the soft pink and purple glow before me as if I fell in love\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cOk I get its a f**king broken lamp with shattered glass pieces put together somehow to create light\u2026 but I found myself wanting to go to the kitchen after years of not wanting to\u2026l was excited to go to the kitchen in the middle of the night to eat my cereal or snacks \u2026 something very demure to me and one of a kind\u2026 the light was so soft and not too bright it was the most peaceful feeling\u2026 it was in my kitchen for 3 months\u2026 I never moved it from when I first made it\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Sadly, Britney shared that a housekeeper \u201caccidentally\u201d threw out her creation \u2014 but she\u2019s \u201cso used to people taking my things.\u201d Oof.<\/p>\n
