In\u00a0<em>Mebius Dust<\/em>\u2019s setting, a meteorite shower fell onto Earth on February 29, 2000, causing a new substance (the titular Mebius Dust) to appear and enter the atmosphere. The substance replaces limbs and eyes lost to the meteorites by way of \u201cRammus,\u201d which can freely change form according to one\u2019s will. Post-incident, Japan suffers from terrorism due to its worsened economic gap, and has an anti-RC special mobile unit and an associated school set up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><strong>Taro Iwasaki<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>One Week Friends<\/em>,<em>\u00a0Sweetness and Lightning<\/em>) is directing the anime at\u00a0<strong>Doga Kobo\u00a0<\/strong>with <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> composition from\u00a0<strong>Yoriko Tomita<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>My Dress-Up Darling<\/em>). The cast includes<strong>\u00a0Yuto Takenaka<\/strong>\u00a0as Akira,\u00a0<strong>Nene Hieda<\/strong>\u00a0as Stella, and\u00a0<strong>Haruka Sato<\/strong> as Olga.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><em>Mebius Dust<\/em>\u2018s Project ANIMA result and the anime adaptation were announced in March 2019.
