\n President Trump on Tuesday slammed Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden for changing his positions on fracking and trade during a rally in swing-state Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

Trump told a Pittsburgh crowd that Biden flip-flopped on fracking for oil and natural gas after promising to eliminate fossil fuels and prohibit \u201cnew fracking\u201d \u2014 which he recently walked back<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cDon\u2019t forget, I am not the candidate \u2026 that said, \u2018We\u2019re not going to have fracking, we\u2019re going to ban fracking,\u2019 and he said that for a year. Then all of a sudden he said, well, maybe we\u2019ll have some fracking,\u201d Trump told the cheering crowd.<\/p>\n

\u201cBy the way, you know that won\u2019t last because the radical left won\u2019t let him get away with it. And I\u2019m all for fracking, folks.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump invoked Biden\u2019s July 2019 remarks to CNN\u2019s Dana Bash<\/a>, who asked if there would be \u201cany place for fossil fuels, including coal and fracking, in a Biden administration.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNo, we would work it out. We would make sure it\u2019s eliminated,\u201d Biden told Bash.<\/p>\n

Trump said that \u201cwhen asked if there would be any place for fossil fuels including coal fracking and a Biden administration, Joe replied, \u2018No, we would make sure that it\u2019s all eliminated.\u2019 Then all of a sudden he gets the nomination.\u201d<\/p>\n

On trade, Trump slammed Biden, a former longtime senator, as \u201ca cheerleader for the worst trade deal ever made by any country, NAFTA, and China\u2019s entry into the World Trade Organization, which built China like a rocket ship.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBiden shouldn\u2019t be asking for your vote. He should be begging for your forgiveness. He did a terrible job,\u201d Trump said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis election is a choice between Pennsylvania and China. If Biden wins, China wins. When we win, Pennsylvania wins and America wins.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump accused Biden of copying his emphasis on domestic manufacturing after supporting \u201ccheap labor to replace US workers\u201d for years.<\/p>\n

\u201cI see his thing \u2018hire American\u2019 \u2014 he got it from me. All the words he\u2019s got are my words, right?\u201d Trump said. \u201cThey say he copied my campaign. I keep saying, \u2018What the hell happ<\/a>ened for 47 years and now he\u2019s copying my campaign?\u2019 And as president, you know it\u2019s not gonna happen with him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump\u2019s wide-ranging 90-minute speech included renewed musing about winning New York state thanks to increased violent crime. Trump lost to Democrat Hillary Clinton in 2016 by 22 points and recent polls indicate a potentially wider loss to Biden.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s so sad to see what\u2019s happening in New York,\u201d Trump said. \u201cWe\u2019re gonna make a little bit of a play for New York. You know, in theory \u2026 the Democrats automatically win New York, but I do phenomenally in most parts and then one part it\u2019s automatic, but I can\u2019t imagine that particular part is going to be very happy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump shared the stage in Pennsylvania with two of the swing-state\u2019s Democratic sheriffs who just switched over to be Republicans, James Custer of Fayette County and Robert Wolfgang of Forest County.<\/p>\n

The president highlighted recent violent unrest in Pennsylvania linked to anti-police brutality protests as he makes \u201claw and order\u201d a centerpiece of his campaign.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver Labor Day, left-wing radicals rampaged through Pittsburgh harassing diners at restaurants. I saw that one, that was horrible \u2026 I saw that one guy grabs a woman, older woman. She\u2019s eating a steak. He grabbed a steak \u2026 he threw it back on the plate, an outdoor place, and the husband\u2019s standing there like, you know, they\u2019re afraid for their lives,\u201d Trump said.<\/p>\n

\u201cLast week after a police officer shot a knife-wielding assailant, over 100 rioters rampaged in Lancaster \u2014 went to school right nearby \u2014 looting businesses, setting fires and assaulting police officers with rocks and bricks and glass. You saw that Joe Biden has the support of violent left-wing extremists. He never once mentioned the words law and order during their entire Democratic National Convention, never once they didn\u2019t talk about the riots.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump also mentioned his upcoming nomination to replace liberal icon Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n

\u201cDid you hear today they want to impeach me again? They said if I submit the name of one of the most talented people in the world to be a justice of the Supreme Court they want to impeach me. They want to impeach me if I\u2019m following the Constitution. This is crazy [House Speaker] Nancy [Pelosi],\u201d he said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
