It was previously known that<span style=\"color: initial\">\u00a0<\/span>Prime Video would exclusively stream the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/anime-manga\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"6\" title=\"Anime || Manga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anime<\/a><span style=\"color: initial\">\u00a0(outside of Russia and China) with an exclusive early window for Japan.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> <em>The Ghost in the Shell\u00a0<\/em>is a new adaptation of\u00a0<strong>Shirow Masamune<\/strong>\u2018s cyberpunk manga directed by <strong>Mokochan<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>DAN DA DAN<\/em> Season 1 assistant director) at\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/sciencee\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"5\" title=\"Science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Science<\/a> SARU<\/strong>. The synopsis reads:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"mt-80 px-base md:mt-60\">\n<div class=\"relative my-5 flex min-h-335 items-center justify-center border border-gray1 bg-black\/70 px-28 py-50 md:min-h-516 md:px-70\">\n<p class=\"relative text-16 leading-180 font-light md:text-18 md:leading-200\" style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><em>The year is 2029. In near-future Japan, where the world has become highly information-intensive, with a vast corporate network covering the planet, electrons and light pulsing through it. But the nation-state and ethnic groups still survive. Motoko Kusanagi, a full-body cyborg, leads an elite combat unit, including Batou. While commanding her team, Kusanagi envisions the creation of a specialized task force to preemptively strike against emerging threats. Meanwhile, Daisuke Aramaki of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who had been planning to establish a similar unit, recruited Kusanagi and her team. Together, they begin operations as Public Security Section 9\u2014an offensive tactical unit known as \u201cShell Squad.\u201d As they confront complex cybercrimes and international conspiracies, the existence of a mysterious, unidentified hacker known as The \u201cPuppet Master\u201d emerges on the horizon of their investigation. What fate awaits Kusanagi? And what is the Puppet Master\u2019s true objective? A new era of cyberpunk action begins.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Other staff include <strong>EnJoe Toh<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Godzilla Singular Point<\/em>, author of books like\u00a0<em>Self-Reference ENGINE<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Code Buddha<\/em>) as <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> composer and <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>writer and <strong>Shuhei Handa<\/strong>\u00a0(<em>Scott Pilgrim Takes Off<\/em> co-character designer) as character designer and chief animation director. The cast has yet to be announced.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">The anime will have its premiere at an Anime Expo 2026 panel on July 4 (2:45 PM to 4:05 PM at JWDiamond),<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">The original manga debuted in the May 1989 issue of Young Magazine Kaizokuban, a special supplement of Kodansha\u2019s seinen magazine Young Magazine. Of its previous anime adaptations, the most well-known are arguably\u00a0<strong>Mamoru Oshii<\/strong>\u2018s\u00a0<em>Ghost in the Shell<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence<\/em>\u00a0movies and\u00a0<strong>Kenji Kamiyama<\/strong>\u2018s\u00a0<em>Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex<\/em>\u00a0TV anime, its second season, and movie.
