The relevant <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.uscfc.54657\/gov.uscourts.uscfc.54657.3.0.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">motion<\/a> became publicly accessible through CourtListener\u2019s RECAP archive on Sunday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A federal award notice <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sam.gov\/opp\/de13f532c542434c80a3c82002582719\/view\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">values<\/a> the contract at about $94.6 million and says it covers forensic software and support services for Homeland Security Task Force investigations.
